It is interesting that two of the earliest miracles that happened in Jesus’ ministry were ironically at a funeral and a party. In Luke 7, just after he chose the twelve, he saw the woman with no husband, on her way to bury her only child, a son. That son was raised from the dead.

Then in John 2, Jesus was at a wedding in Cana. The wine ran out so at Jesus’ direction the large containers of water were instantly turned into fine wine.

From death to life; from water to fine wine.
Jesus has always been in the business of changing things from one state to another. From the common or even the toxic into the celebrated. That is what Jesus has always been about.

NOTE: This is what everyone is looking for today. This is what people have always been looking for all along with Jesus.
