If, in the real world, a mechanic took almost two weeks to gather the information about our automobile’s needs and wants, we would have fired them by now. But of course, this is not the real world this is the virtual world, and we are not analysing motor vehicles, we are analysing a ministry, or rather, point in fact, YOUR ministry.

So here’s my plan for next week: Send me your data, with a two paragraph email summarizing what you think you have learned from this process. I will publish the first five I receive and, if you will include your name, address and telephone number, I will send you a copy of Steve Sjogren’s newest book on evangelism, Outflow, published by Group. I will read and respond to every "packet" of data sent, discuss it with Steve, and give you a personalized response. One of those who submit materials will be selected to receive the Outflow Pastor’s Kit.
